à johngay : That is myself on the video and thank you very much, I take it as a compliment! I used to be doing a lot of sports and was fit until I had an accident and was forced to stay home. I lost all the muscles and felt very sad for a while. Since this year I can do push and sit ups anfd that makes me happy, so thx friend!
