as a strict disciplinarian myself i spank similar to this lady for around 10mins so spankee has hot sore red bottom if they have been talking back to me, bad behaviour, sullen rude etc which i will not tolerate.
some spankees seek to be disciplined by me and some are sent to receive a sore bottom - i start by scolding them, lecture then i will start lowering their pants before being put over my knee.
