The woman is the one recording, the man realizes he's being recorded and confronts her, she responds that he is recording her so she will record him. He seems ok with it and wants her to leave with him but she refuses saying she needs to stay. Its looks like she stuffed a buttplug up her ass so the camera can capture it, I'm thinking she's recording this video for her husband who set her to get fucked.
