I took some time off of a regular yoga practice and this was my first session back! My mind and my body both felt like they had lost balance without it so I did a specific flow focused on balancing the mind and body! I struggled in both departments but that is why it is called a yoga practice!

as usual a nice and inspiring practice. I like the slow movements, almost like a dance. One pose I still have not seen from you is the full lotus pose .... (I can't). This one is for the favourites section again.
